2 unfurnished double rooms in house available July 1st - August 15th. On quiet residential road. Bills not included. Small kitchen, bathroom and livingroom to share. The garden is big and the flowers are blooming, with a bench and dining table, it's pretty great for a morning tea in the sunshine. Short walk (5min) to Kingston station and town, regular trains to central london (approx 25min to waterloo) Canturbury gardens and thames river 5minutes away. I am a final year student looking for short term letters to help pay the rent until contract ends. All furniture in the photos belong to my current roommate. He is moving to be closer to work, leaving all space clear for your belongings Pets welcome, I have a kitten so cat-friendly pets only please:) Potential flatmates can expect a warm house, to make new friends, but also respect privacy.
